DAY 01
On
landing at Dar Es Salaam airport transfer to the nearby CBD hotel for your
overnight stop.
Rock
City and Little Okavango
DAY 02
Transfer back to Dar airport and take a
flight north to Mwanza. You will then be driven for 2 and a half hours through the
unusual city of Mwanza known as the “Rock City”, due to its huge boulders
scattered across the wider landscape to arrive at the intimate Little Okavango
Camp. If time allows there is the chance of a boat ride through the waterways
around the camp. (B, D)
Serengeti

DAY 03
After
an early breakfast head out into the Western corridor of the Serengeti for a
fabulous full day game drive. The area has an abundance of all the great African
fauna in the wildlife rich plains between the Grumeti and the Mbalangeti
rivers. Expect to see plenty of predators, elephants, large buffalo herds and
ever-present custodians of the water, the crocodiles and hippos. (B,PL,D)
Mwaburugu

DAY 04
Start
the day exploring the nearby fishing village of Mwaburugu along the Lake
Victoria coastline. You will leave the camp by vehicle and return by motorboat,
stopping for a delightful brunch at the Little Okavango viewing tower. In
the afternoon enjoy a guided bird walk on the camp's grounds or a bike
ride through the open bush and village farms between the Serengeti boundary and

Head off to Bush
Rover Camp
DAY 05
Leave Little Okavango camp after breakfast and
continue your Tanzania safari by game drive vehicle into the famous
Serengeti reaching the award-winning Bush Rover Migration Camp later that
day. (B, L, D)

DAY 06
Today you’ll wake up right in the heart of
wildlife action and spend the day enjoying thrilling safaris in this game rich
area of Serengeti. Marvel at the greatest safari spectacle in the world –
the annual wildebeest migration. Return to camp after your game
drive, relax in the lovely mess tent or order a G&T on the balcony of your
Bush Rover suite and take in the surroundings before heading to the camp fire for
a sundowner and delicious dinner prepared by your private chef. (B, L, D)
Game drive to
Ngorongoro
DAY 07
After
breakfast, game drive through the Eastern side of Serengeti crossing into
the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Look out for Maasai wandering with their
livestock amongst the wild animals. The road eventually reaches the famous
crater rim and offers a couple of chances to stop and look into the incredible
cauldron of wildlife. Overnight Rhino Lodge. (B,PL,D)

DAY 08
It’s a very early start today. Head into
the crater and spend a few hours on game drive there. Word of warning –the
crater is best seen at first light and to leave before 11am to avoid the crowds
and heat. Early morning in the crater can be quite magical and is worth getting
up extra early for. After your safari, you’ll be driven by road to
Kirurumu Tarangire Camp and take a walking safari in the Wildlife Management

DAY 09
Depart
for a game drive to the beautiful Tarangire national park, known for its
fabulous elephant herds and tree climbing lions before transferring to
Arusha for your overnight stop. (B,PL)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport
for a flight to Zanzibar. On landing, transfer north to Nungwi and stay at The
Zanzibari Boutique hotel. (B,D)

Relax
at The Zanzibari boutique hotel. From here you may wish to book a Dhow (local
fishing boat) sunset cruise, snorkelling trip or some world-class diving.
Maybe head north up the beach on a guided tour of the nearby fishing village of
